When using % based coords text-anchor does perform middle justification #620

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create text with % based coordinates and set text-anchor to middle

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The text should be center justified but it remains left justified

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system,
browser, and version of Flash?
lurker above on Flash 10.2.152.32

Sorry for all the problems with % based coords. I am working on a project where 
I have to be able to change th easpect ratio of an svg file without distorting 
circles into ellipses and etc..
