oe with ligature and acute accent #15

as far as I can tell, this isn't a feature of fonts by default, as unlike U+01FD for æ with ' accent, it's not in Unicode.

Edward Langley took a minute to come up with a solution (the tags are of course needed in gabc, but would not be in LaTeX itself) <v>\ooalign{\hss\kern.2ex\'{}\hss\crcr\oe}</v>

Need to adjust neume however

(edited 10/15/24: enclose as {<v>\ooalign{\hss\kern.2ex\'{}\hss\crcr\oe}</v>} to center vowel and it works.
