fix hspace typo in 128_8G.tex #20

This line in particular is long and we need to use hspace* or otherwise a hyphen will be suppressed if the word breaks across a line. https://github.com/MRoth1910/Vesperale-Romanum/issues/3#issuecomment-2168786622

I need to update the documentation on this.
