Headers #6

Currently headers are set manually.

There are some problems: this is tedious. If possible, we need help with making it work with a package such as fancyhdr but please note that it doesn't always play well with Gregorio, so other solutions are possible.

Also, the headers sometimes appear on the previous page. This needs to be fixed, particularly if we are to have the dates or at least months appear at the top of a page.

regardless of the solution (manual headers as currently done or using a package/automation with marks) the headers can be set at the very least by subfile for the parts like the introduction, the commons, the appendices…then we can have "Festa " or "Psalterium" even if it's not truly traditional (until we find a way to get the switch right, so that you can have the dates or a seamless "Dominica ad Vesperas" then "Dominica ad Completorium"); same applies for temporale. (I don't want to use the modern titles however)
