Improve phantom.plot() #25

Plotting axes are not required (resolution could be just printed)
Plotting could be black / white, as an option
All maps should be masked by PD (optional), as this is how it is used
pTx phantoms contain multiple B1 maps, which currently crashes. Could plot CP or have optional shim parameter

Should be fixed by db1d13404117e8ad5cd3032e2bbf7b7d6588df5a

the new imshow function coil-combines 4d data and prints 3d data on a grid. It is used internally by the phantom and should ensure consistent plotting. Multiple B1 or coil_sens meps are quadratically combined
