pulseq importer definition identifiers #41

More characters should be supported for the identifiers in the Definitions section of a .seq file - at least underscores _

Fixed in pulseq-rs: https://github.com/pulseq-frame/pulseq-rs/commit/dde2ba1043b88a16566d0d5bbc5178d4cf5d2c69 disseqt + pydisseqt need updating until this change is visible in mr0, closing this for now as it is low-priority
