Tractography reconstruction of the optic radiations (OR) using MRtix and MRtrix 3 #123

Hi,

I am using the new version of MRtrix to perform the tractography in optic radiations pathways. We designed a post-processing method based on cluster level and anatomical information in order to avoid aberrant fibers. However, when we performed the post-processing steps in the new version the results are slightly different.

I attached the reconstruction of the OR employing both versions of MRtrix

Hi Eloy,

This question is perhaps better suited to the MRtrix3 support forum than to the issue tracker (this should only be used for overt bugs rather than this type of question). Maybe you can ask this question again on that forum?

When you do, make sure you also mention whether your custom post-processing has been performed on these data, and if so, what that process is. Also please mention which image corresponds to which version of MRtrix...

I'll close this for now, we'll re-open if there is indeed an issue in the software.
