ENH mrdegibbs: Export pixel shifts #2410

Submitting request in case it's something that was already implemented at some point but got stripped out for the merged version.

I'd like to have an option to export from mrdegibbs an image containing the subvoxel shifts that were applied within each voxel.

A second feature that could be added here is the maximal difference in total variation across the set of evaluated subvoxel shifts. This might provide a kind of "heat map" of where Gibbs ringing may have been most prominent, or where the correction was largest.
