Seems this one has been occupying space in my brain because I've failed to write it down.
Do want to crank this out for inclusion in 3.1.0.
The original "4TT" image was transitioned to 5TT early on, somewhat speculatively, based on the prospect of later making use of a "pathological" tissue type where the ACT anatomical priors would be locally disabled. This is now being made use of, but not exclusively for pathological tissue; for instance, 5ttgen hsvs by default will assign the brain stem to this 5th tissue, to give streamlines the chance to terminate within small nuclei but have no expectations on transition from brain stem to the rest of the WM.
What I want to do is rename this fifth volume, both in the documentation and in certain command interfaces. Probably just "none", as in there's no specific priors imposed, and streamline propagation / termination / rejection is done purely on diffusion image information grounds. Do however need to make sure that it's disambiguated from "voxels outside the brain mask".
