MacOS ARM64 testing failures #2885

Several of our tests fail in the CI on the new MacOS ARM64 runners. Most of them are failing due to precision issues. An example output from a CI run can be seen here https://github.com/MRtrix3/mrtrix3/actions/runs/8812799403/job/24189191085
