In reviewing #2893, specifically 7f381ef1f0225770b424be6f707018eb8deb2217 and checking why it didn't propagate to the final changeset for that PR, came across this line in #2727. That is using a fixed year for setting the copyright, unlike elsewhere in the project where we dynamically update the copyright and check such as part of CI. Ideally update_copyright would update this field also.
