mrconvert: adjust DW_scheme for fsl_grad #97

I have some nii files with transform not ident, so I need to rotate the DW_scheme to match mrtrix convention. Would be nice if the DW_scheme could be automatically corrected when converting from nii/bvecs/bvals to mif format (and possibly make them transform ident)

This should already be handled transparently. Are you having issues with a particular data set? If so, we'll need to fix it...

I have a data set that fails my tensor tractography sanity check (i.e. doing tensor tractography straight after converting to mif); tensor tractography works once I rotate the DW_scheme. I can send you the data if that helps.

issue was specific to data set: bvecs file was incorrect
