Fix unknown-camel value #10

The unknown-camel here should ideally be the artifactId of the project. Is that correct @jam01?

Discussed this with Jose. I wasn't aware of the use of the colon as a default value with Spring property placeholders, so this would be necessary to have if spring.application.name wasn't now set by the archetype. However, since it is, unknown-camel can be removed.
