Feature/rlr implement changes based on new standards

• Make mvn:archetype-generate commands in both READMEs a little clearer to indicate what should be changed when copying and pasting
• Add start of including README, changelog, and .gitignore for OpenAPI project generated from archetype
• Change underscores to dashes for route names
• Include dependencies for endpoint dsl and http
• Add warning about editing to generated file
• Change logger helper to match standards (I know this will be changed later, but just so we can have some uniform logging to start)

I still don't like appending "-ac" to the API names. It's a hack to fix a different problem. APII names should be as simple as possible: --api. Be aware that these architectypes will be used outside of MS3. We didn't make them just for internal use and therefore should not be biased towards our use.
