New Solution structure

We made a lot of decisions:

• Don't use Xamarin.Forms
• Create an admin and scorekeeping app
• Encourage code re-use

To meet those goals, I have created a solution/project/directory structure that should address these.

The structure is as such:

• mobile - All code for the mobile apps
  • Common - Code that is shared between apps
    • Common.Common - Platform agnostic code that is used by all apps
    • Common.Android - Android code that is used by all apps
    • Common.iOS - iOS code that is used by all apps
  • Client - Code for the public Showdown client
    • Client.Common - Code that is shared between the iOS and Android public clients
    • Client.Android - Android specific public client code
    • Client.iOS - iOS specific public client code
  • Admin - Code for the Showdown administrators
    • Admin.Common - Code that is shared between the iOS and Android admin apps
    • Admin.Android - Android specific admin app code
    • Admin.iOS - iOS specific admin app code
  • Scorekeeper - Code for the scorekeeping app
    • Scorekeeper.Common - Code that is shared between the iOS and Android scorekeeping apps
    • Scorekeeper.Android - Android specific scorekeeping app code
    • Scorekeeper.iOS - iOS specific scorekeeping app code
• backend - All code for the server backend
