Modify output timestamp for all log types #5

It was suggested here: https://4sysops.com/archives/standardize-powershell-logging-with-my-write-logentry-function/ that I should change the format of the timestamp outputted by the Log Class. Need to change the format to:

yyyy-MM-ddTHH:mm:ss
