need to figure out how to get tags working so we can answer questions like how much are notebook containers costing, etc. Might need to add to our template too to include project name so we can track on a per project basis.

Costs that are constant there's no need to do anything for like: Open Search RDS Elastic Load Balancing ElastiCache VPC
