Create CLI demo videos for landing page site's resources page #159

Lets add some screen capture how-to technical videos for how to use the CLI:

  1. The generic demo one Devin has done several times
  2. Demo how to use the filter feature to download only a subset of a dataset (xanthos would be a great example as a real user from tufts did exactly that, otherwise it's a huge dataset) @clansing @devin-pnnl what else?
