don't report rdm 404 errors to sentry #198

I think we'll get that kind of error reported by putting in any bogus id into the url like: https://data.msdlive.org/uploads/12345-abcde

see if we can tell Sentry to ignore those and/or RDM to not report it.

I went to the provided prod data link: https://data.msdlive.org/uploads/12345-abcde

This is the error that showed up in sentry: Image

And this is what appeared on the actual page after I logged in: Image
