Renames AboutMsepOne to InitialInfoScreen
Refactores all code that used the previous singleton to reference InitialInfoScreen
Creates a new AboutMsepOne scene with the new copyright info.

Added About MSEP.one to the TopBar / VisualMenu (except on MacOs, because this option already exists in the App menu)
Added About MSEP.one Ring Action to the Ring Menu in the Help menu level
Moved "Feature Documentation" from FileMenu to HelpMenu form both TopBar and RingMenu
To mantain cohesion of the root level of the RingMenu (prevent having more than one page) moved the Camera menu from the top level to the first page of the View menu
