windows 7 prerequisites #148

hi,

just wanted to alert for the fact that WMF 5.1 is required for proper MDM and MBM support when using or upgrading from win 7.

and there is also an issue regarding wmf with task sequence please check https://support.microsoft.com/hr-hr/help/4470553/configuration-manager-in-place-upgrade-task-sequence-does-not-continue

Not really a mdm issue but just a prereq
