Hi Team, I am using this tool for the first time. I am facing below issues: 1) Post installation, when the tool is launched, i can not see the options named "Download/Export/import" due to which i can proceed further. 2) when i am selecting HP Model, then the search engine gives me error that operation being requested can not be performed as user has not logged on to network.
