Hi Team,

I have tried 6.4.9 and 6.5.0 - clearing the cache and i am stuck with this error: image

If i browse this URL i can download the CAB manually but the tool appears to append the folder path on URL, see the difference: https://downloads.dell.com/FOLDER06414474M/1/3550-win10-A02-08G4V.CAB https://downloads.dell.com/FOLDER06414474M/1/3550-win10-A02-08G4V.CAB FOLDER06607260M/1/3550-win10-A03-DJGM7.CAB

Any idea how to fix this?

Thank you

Hi Ar5had07, I wish that worked but unfortunately I get the same problem each time I push start download - tried 3 times in a row. Thanks

Hi Ar5had07,

I have, its installed on the SCCM site server directly. I have also tried it standalone on a Windows 10 client but I get the same behaviour.

Thanks

Same issue for the Precision 3551 model

Anyone made any progress with this? I haven't been able to get around the issue myself.

I just download it manually and upload the file to the folder the tool created. Then I run the tool again, it detects the file and proceed to extraction and add to ConfigMgr.

@Ar5had07 - That works great! It wasn't working at first as the URL pointed to an A02 and A03 revision, once i downloaded the A03 revision that worked perfect. Thanks for the feedback, appreciate it.

You're welcome. I just wish DELL would fix their XML.
