I have been using 6.4.6 without any issues. When I have tried to upgrade to a newer version previously and when I have again attempted to upgrade today to 6.5.5 I find that whilst on the download phase it stops at this point:

Following this nothing happens and nothing more is logged. Any idea what this could be? I am running it on Server 2012 R2.
