HP BIOS exe problems extracting #24

Hi,

First of all I wanted to say that I have implemented the fix for HP changing their URL scheme

DAT has successfully downloaded the BIOS exe but then fails to extract the file. If I check manally with 7-zip all files are there

@OSDEngineerX The BIOS download is not working for all HP models
