will not download microsoft/lenovo drivers I am on 7.2.2

I cannot get any Microsoft or Lenovo drivers to download. The log file is nothing but:

• BitTransfer: Job state is "Error Error Error Error Error Error"
• BitsTransfer: Checking BITS background job as far as the eye can see. it also locks up the program. I have let it sit for 5-10 minutes and it never changes.

This is because the information being called on for Microsoft is no longer accurate and needs to be updated. I and a colleague of mine also have open issues on this. The last update for pulling model info from Microsoft was 12.31.22. I am unable to get Maurice to respond. Since it has to be updated manually by him because it's not able to automatically pull this information from Microsoft like the Dell info, he will have to update this information in order for this tool to start working again with Microsoft. Fingers crossed he reads at least one of these Issues and updates it.
