On the function of “add contact card and add external report card”, since it is something without the needs of login and can we add a login captcha (e.g. at the acknowledge pop-up page?) to distinguish human from machine input in order to reduce the risk of thwarting spam and automated extraction of data. Simply speaking, add more protection to the site.

@LucieGueuning This one is needed to handle by MSF IT to do it in CloudFlare as mentioned by Ken before
