Edit control is different

Based on previous sketch, The Staff List of Phase 1 should be a hyperlink or an uploaded file.

I am currently referencing "MSF_EventDetails_Structure_Content.xlsx" and did not found a list of options for the "Requirement" field. Please clarify the available options.
