can have for each project open (intervention - MSF activities) statistics (reports and graph visualization) from data who are coming from DHIS thanks to Power BI

By DHIS do you mean this? I'm not sure on the relationship of Power BI here, also noting that Power BI is a closed source product. This DHIS I linked to has its own mapping and BI tools in-built.
