add map terrain option on landing and events pages and report cards

There isn't as much street name information on the terrain map, though, which is particularly problematic for new contacts and new reports. I propose we leave it as is for now and review as part of phase 2. There are other sources of terrain maps.

@LucieGueuning I have looked at options and think the default mapbox outdoor tiles work good for both terrain as well as streets, especially when zoomed in. I have just deployed that just then (along with a bug fix on contact cards), please let me know what you think. In our meeting on 16th we can sit down and have a look at the options - we can completely customise the look and feel here.
