UI for overview on response #582

We may have to consider putting the explo, monitoring and response events all in 1 tab, so we get an overview of what's happening. Something to discuss between us.

'Previous' and 'Mission Histories' are the same. Good option is the second one (v2). You only need to change the wording of 'Previous' by 'closed projects' and remove the 'Mission Histories' button.
