as we will have system to report bug, we should have a system between our team to capture users feedback and could tab them as 'wont develop' and filter them by priorities for next phase work flow

Just noting that Jira is not open source (and all come with hosting fees). Check out https://redmine.acrossthecloud.net/projects/msf_reach (note that issue numbering starts with 2 only because I re-did the categories to match your request). Username and password to come via whatsapp (just one user for now, can look at setting up user creation in future if we're happy with this system.

ok so my feedback is the following:

redmine: I tried on the project that Matthew created earlier and it is not what we need. There is no proper board for overview and tracking on users feedback.
Jira: it is the best option as we can tag people, tag pilots, tab type of dev. but it is not for free.
compromise could be the GitHub project board even though the tagging is not super efficient. Please look at the try that I did and let me know if that makes sense to you. I will try to keep a standard way to open note as follows: https://github.com/MSFREACH/msf-reach/projects/2
1. from which pilot
2. description of feedback
3. Tagging Qiao/Paul or Matthew based on my 'feelings'
4. from 'feedback' or from 'needs analysis'

The ones on the backlog are the ones not yet analysed and reviewed by MSF. The ones on the other column are approved and go for dev.

Does that make sense to both of you? @qclin @matthewberryman I feel that there is maybe not much column. Feedabck are very welcome!

dev Phase 2 Extension deliverables (fixed - won't change or expand)
UX/UI work (fixed - won't change)
pilots requirements on both new features and UX/UI dev (based on users feedback and needs analysis) cf. board on GitHub

Hey, Github Projects is minimum but I think it does the job. Also helps to keep within the platform for cross tagging of people & issues. As the UX UI sprints proceed into Pilot iteration phrase we can also grab the CARD URL as ref in the https://github.com/MSFREACH/msf-reach/projects/1 boards Of course keep in mind to pre-salt the content for sensitive data.

Otherwise, happy to keep the tracking under same system. +1
