in attempting to fix 641

i noticed the map is missing in Response some work is done now to abstract map setting into setupMap function for both eventMap & msfResponseMap

[x] where are the location stored? it's at the moment points & coordinates but we don't store names? resolve in b3540f2a99da23e74786e606a9e611b8008baf8e
[x] date not saved? where is it first edited if not inline done by mehrdad's work

@matthewberryman please review, i added autocompletion handling to update response location in a callback, also the loading of the Map will set view to proper coordinate of the RESPONSE instead of the event.metadata.bounds

The location of response is still not working quite right (even with https://github.com/MSFREACH/msf-reach/pull/642/commits/5157a469b89279498905a9f29ee656b885de7e0e ) for existing events - can you please have a look against your copy of db and fix in dev. @qclin
