User made a mistake and put twice the same notification. How to delete it?

creation of new features: being able to delete info
If not possible or not straightforward, could you please delete it manually from the database?

I'll remove the particular notification; editing and deletion of notifications feature is already covered by https://github.com/MSFREACH/msf-reach/issues/581
