@LucieGueuning As requested, can you please put more details in here. We have a team of people working on REACH (e.g. if Qiao was to be unavailable for some reason then without requested details from you we cannot assign someone else to get these delivered in a timely manner), and also from a management perspective we need to record things properly.

As per my email, this is very much to track user feedback on project board. And it is part of the Qiao and Paul revamp. This is the reason I have put her name.
