When loading livery manger installation fails #526

Description

When trying to install livery manger, it starts the install process then it shows "error occurred while loading new feed. ## To reproduce
  1. Click on view more info Failed to fetch current feed from API
  2. Turn off your PC

Environment

Manager version: V-12

FS2020 Version: V-1.26.5.0
