Dear MSGF+ team,
I was wondering whether it would be possible to implement a "restricted" semi-specific search. For example (useful for N-terminomics) the C-terminus must always match the specificity of the digestion protease while the N-terminus can have any specificity. This might decrease processing time as compared to the standard semi-specific searches and it would eliminate some false positives in terminomic experiments. Thanks in advance!
