`tbl_likert()` (and friends update) #135

Hello!

We're adding tbl_likert() to gtsummary in the next release, and you can deprecate it here. Note, however, that we are not adding the add_continuous_stat() function.

Also, I think i'll make the next gtsummary release in the next week
