Deprecated bstfun::tbl_split(), bstfun::gts_add_p_footnote(), and bstfun::gtsummary_butcher() in lieu of gtsummary::tbl_split(), gtsummary::separate_p_footnote(), and gtsummary::tbl_butcher().
Removed {tidyselect} dependency.
