Add competing risks functionality

• Use cmprsk library in python for competing risks
• On backend just uses R package for competing risks
• Then you also have rsf libraries neural nets for this (worth looking into?)

Don't want to use R code as backend, it'll make package too cumbersome. Need to explore another way of integrating competing risks.
