Consider adding an additional merged version where fusions/cna/mutations are all separate side by side merged tables. Maybe we can come up with a prototype of this at the hackathon

• summarize_by_gene()- table 1
• filter into distince dfs for each alt type
• remove the suffix for each
• make tables for each alt type (add some check if none)
• merge them into 1 table with update tab headers
• check if they can easily update tab spanner headers
• look at the by variable
• figure out adjusting p correctly
