Add more allowed laboratory locations

Could we please add 'Mass Standards laboratories', 'Pressure Standards laboratories', 'Kibble Balance', and 'Long room' to this enum (and/or the RMG room numbers?)

Will do.

FYI, from a previous discussion, we decided against room numbers because

1. They will change if you relocate the lab (i.e., moving out of McKay), but the name we use to associate the lab with a location probably would not change
2. Some people (myself included) can never remember the room number of, for example, the Time lab, but clearly know what location="Time lab" would mean
