MSNLD GitHub org should be renamed

As we transition to our new name (Mono.Chat), we should consider what needs to be actioned before changing the GitHub org URLs.

While redirections will be added, anyone using existing repository links may be affected.

• Repository owners/Users may have issues with pushing/pulling if the URLs are not up to date.
• Vincula may need to be updated so that users will still be able to do automatic updates
• Others...?

We really need to allow a grace period for users. I'm unsure what kind of period that should be.
