Deal with several versions of Slurm #1

It seems that the monitor relies in a particular version of Slurm. Currently we are using slurm 14.11.10-Bull.1.0 and probably will change in the near future. Other clusters are using other versions of Slurm and command outputs can differ a little.

This is not related to Atlas HPC, going back to Backlog.
