UX Bug: blueprint inputs description not shown #113

In blueprints, we can have a description field for inputs. However, it is currently not shown in the experiment tool.

It could be done:

as a tooltip when hovering the option
as a text next to the input name with a different font

this is a UX bug

@emepetres how about having url in description so that the user can go to the documentation? is that doable with the tooltips ? would they be actionable ?
