@jbwahl I created this issue relatively to the deliverable in asciidoc. I split in two, but we can redistribute task eventually if it goes faster for one another depending on the size of the deliverable content.

PS: If you want we can take some time this afternoon or tomorrow and we do that together.

@jbwahl I updated the book with all deliverable (raw conversion). I just fixed the links + image path.

We have to fix table (list conversion fails for some develirables in tables) and check that all existing deliverables are at last version (for example d4.1 was in version 0.2, I updated it but I might have missed some others).

Note: After discussion with Javier by mail, we must not publish d7.X and d1.X that are confidential reports.
