Need to follow up with storage explorer team. This affects 10 - 20% of the class

E-Mailed the Storage Explorer PM and am awaiting a reply.

I believe this is related to opening the right ports in the firewall. Still don't have an answer there, but will pursue with Storage Explorer team. Closing this one since we have a separate issue open on port assignments.
