Remark: I am a PhD student at the University of Mons under the supervision of Prof. Tom Mens (@tommens), and this is also the case for @pooya-rostami. Given the similarities of our project ideas, we could work in the same group.

3. Can you let me know the exact expectations of the PCs in the presentation on 10th December 2021?

WRT your questions:

• Check the message we just sent for more info on sessions and checkpoints.
• There is no specific template for the presentations of ideas to the PC. We will give you some recommendations later, but you can use any template you may want.
• The expectations of the PC is that you present the ideas you may have for your project, and/or the state of your project if you already started, so that they (we) can provide feedback.
• No, for the presentation to the PC you only need to have your idea about what project you are going to do. The more detailed the idea, the better. If you already started with the project, you can also present your current status at that point.
