Player speed is at default now #190

The player speed is supposed to be by via cvars cl_forwardspeed, cl_backspeed, and cl_sidespeed, but for some reason they're no longer being set at https://github.com/MSRevive/MasterSwordRebirth/blob/0de5715338fa74e8b1493fc67cc266e766731883/game/client/ms/clplayer.cpp#L307
