Added all the new script commands that were in alpha.
Added new way for scripts to be loaded and unloaded on-the-fly from alpha.
Added ms_glowcolor from alpha.
Added CRC hash to do CRC checks for files using xxhash32.
Added new script command setviewmodelskin to set the client view model skin.
Fix'd some miscellaneous stuff and memory leaks.

This should put us on par with MSC's alpha script wise.
